Questions to ask yourself?

• Do we need to convert the data over to the new system? If so, how much data?
• How long should we test before going live?
• Do we need help testing or do we do this oursevles?
• What are the 3 or 4 key reports that are required to run the business?
• When do we need to be up and running?
• Do we have the expertise on hand to project manage ourselves?
• Just how much time am I willing to dedicate to this project?
• Do I have a clear set of instructions – a scope document for this project?

There are many more questions than this, but this gets you to realize that there is a lot to implementation and therefore you need a professional team.

All of our consultants have some form of formal training. Some are CGA, some are past controllers and all are Sage Certified. Sage has an academy and all of our consultants have participated in one way or another.
